The road to the warmth, Yunnan, China
I had just enough time on my visa to make a detour to this deep faced valley leading down from the mountains. The day started at 1700m and ended at 350m. Getting lower and lower hour by hour felt amazing. The nature and climate changed all the time around me when I cruised down a 60km downhill. From pine trees to tropics my outfit changed from gore-Tex jacket and long trousers to shorts and T-shirt. What a day!
